The method I had attempted only revealed the first sentence past that I really don’t know. 

Maybe a basic HTML viewer would do the trick

But I messed with the theme so things are semi normal for the moment.

in this heat, good luck. i did go jogging at the gym today. or well, sort of a jog/walk. i’m still working on my stamina. when the weather is nicer maybe we can jog together sometime!

ahm, i live in mesa. so i guess if you are in the vicinity then that would work. But i don’t recall that being the case.
